These Terms govern your use of The 3D Hatchery website and your purchase of products or custom 3D printing services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are VAT-inclusive where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Yoco; we never see or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has succeeded and you've received a confirmation email or order status update.
2. Custom quotes and prints
Custom quote requests are estimates based on the information and files you provide. A quoted price is valid until the expiry date shown on your quote. Because custom prints are made to order, we reserve the right to decline a request (e.g. if a file is unprintable, infringes a third party's rights, or depicts something unlawful).
3. Shipping
Shipping is handled by Bob Go and its partner couriers. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
4. Returns and cancellations

5. Intellectual property
You must own or have the right to use any design, model, or file you send us for custom printing. You retain ownership of your own designs; we don't use them for anything other than fulfilling your order unless you agree otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
